Shipping time vary depending on product availability.
For some particular products, it is necessary to request delivery times using the form included in the product sheet.
Shipping is free; all products are shipped from our warehouse in Milan.
We can pack gift packages, on request.
Shipments are made only to the following countries: Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United States (US)
We do not deliver at post office boxes and at Livigno and Campione d’Italia cities.
Upon receipt of the order, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service; at the shipment day, you will receive the invoice in pdf format.
- If the product is in stock at the time of the order, delivery will take place within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment confirmation.
- If the product is not in stock at the time of the order, delivery will take place within 16 working days from the date of order confirmation
